About me.

As a licensed psychologist, I offer online therapy sessions in both Spanish and English. Just like in an in-person setting, we’ll create a safe, supportive space where you can openly share your thoughts and emotions.

Therapy is a collaborative process. You bring your motivation and commitment to change; I bring professional guidance to help you understand what´s getting in the way and how to move forward. Together, we´ll work toward the growth and clarity you are seeking.

A strong therapeutic relationship is essential for meaningful progress. That is why I approach each session with warmth, empathy, and curiosity. I listen actively, ask thoughtful questions, and focus on the issues that truly affect your weel-being.
